I called to order 100 roses for my long lost woman because I am soon to be her 100th man. I also was her 72nd but, we're not counting that on account of that was my wedding day to some other woman. When I called suddenly expecting everybody to drop what they were doing and get miss Piggy her roses immediately I was told no we don't have that call 1800 flowers. That makes sense, that was my cue to call 1-800 flowers... but instead I said "I am specifically trying to buy flowers and possibly a plant for someone who lives down the street from your shop. They pass it everyday." as if somehow they didn't already know I was looking to buy flowers, specifically, when I demanded 100 roses. And you said no sorry we don't have that and hung up on me. Can't really blame ya there, what should you have said... "Oh she passes by every day?? Well heck, why didn't ya say so?! We keep a secret stash of roses ready to go just in case we need them for someone that walks down the street that our business is located on!" I would have ordered something different for her whatever you had... but hindsight is 2020 and I would've hung up the phone on me too. I've also now realized ordering 100 roses from a

What we ordered as a gift and what was sent were not the same quality. Will attach pictures if that is an option. My sister in Sacramento says do not use this florist. I will call them tomorrow and give a chance to make right.. Update: I contacted the manager and discussed possible options to correct the poor quality job delivered to my sister. Shortly thereafter, a beautiful, fresh, lovely arrangement was sent. Thank you!

Ordered flowers and a plush to my boyfriends house for Valentine’s Day, emailed and called them hoping they could deliver it at 4pm. If it wasn’t by 4pm not a huge deal but no response. As hours passed still no response. 4pm came around and the order was not delivered. Was hoping that they would deliver it anyways but hours passed after 4pm, 5pm nothing, 6pm nothing. They never delivered my order. NEVER responded to emails. I emailed them the next day saying what happened and to cancel my orders and all I received was a cancellation confirmation and that’s all. No other emails. That’s just not okay.

Remarkably friendly staff. Got multiple hello's as I walked in the door and someone was ready to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. Thank you for the beautiful flowers that are now on display in our American Red Cross office. Your generosity is heart-warming and we cannot wait to do business with you again.

Emelia and Tom are always wonderful and super helpful! The only place I go for flowers. They are currently doing all the flowers for my mother's wedding. I have and will continue to recommend all family, friends, and strangers to come here for all their floral needs!
